Victoria Roberts, age 51 of Ravenna, a former Ogallala resident, passed away Friday afternoon, March 5, 2010, at the Good Samaritan Society of Ravenna.

She was born March 1, 1959 in Verdun, France the daughter of Charles W. and Antonina (Marcvardt) Roberts. The family resided in Baltimore, MD for a few years before moving to Ogallala where Victoria attended schools and graduated from high school. She attended college for a year before beginning her employment with T.R.W. in Ogallala. In 1980 she had the opportunity to go to Germany and was able to visit Paris, France and Amsterdam while in Europe. When she returned to Ogallala she helped raise her nephews who were later adopted by her parents and assisted in the care of her brother until she became ill in 1997.

Survivors include two brothers, Justin M. Roberts and Brandon L. Roberts; three sisters, Antoinette McCoy, Charlene Davidson and Elizabeth Richards; several nieces and nephews and cousins; and one aunt, Julie (Gene) Law of Ogallala.

Memorial services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 7^{th at the Good Samaritan Society of Ravenna’s Chapel with Father Marty Egging officiating. Inurnment will be in the Ogallala Cemetery at a later date.}
