Marilyn Lahmayer

             Marilyn Kay Lahmayer, age 63 of Lemoyne, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2010 in Ogallala.

            Marilyn was born May 23, 1947 in Byron, Nebraska the daughter of Fred Kroger and Marie (Abelback-Hoops) Kroger Duensing.  Marilyn graduated from high school in Hebron, Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  She married Earl Lahmayer in September of 2008.  The couple had resided in Lemoyne since that time.

            She is survived by her husband, Earl (Lee) Lahmayer of Lemoyne; step daughter, Laura Lahmayer of Longmont, CO; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; step father, Eddy Duensing; a brother, Denny Kroger and a grandson, Kristoff Lahmayer.

            Cremation was chosen.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  A memorial has been established in her memory in lieu of flowers.  Online condolences may be sent at gubserfuneralhome.com.
