Jim Peters
Jimmy Dean Peters, age 62 of Brule, passed away on Wednesday, August
25, 2010 at Wel-Life in Ogallala.
He was born May 1, 1948 at Ogallala, the son of Raymond and Sylvia
(Stone) Peters. Jim grew up and attended schools in Ogallala,
graduating from the Ogallala High School in 1966. He had been a
member of the Army National Guard from 1967 until 1973. He was a
self employed mechanic for thirty five years and had been employed
at NAPA for fourteen years. Jim enjoyed racing cars for many years
and won several trophies for races he won.

His mother, Sylvia Peters of Ogallala
Two sons, Brian (Shawna) Peters of Colorado Springs, Co
and their daughters, Kayla and Natalie Peters
Jeremy Peters of Eau Claire, WI
and his children, Myles and Jaxon Peters
Brother, Raymond (Kay) Peters of Princeton, MN
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Peters; and a
sister, Helen Ellis.
Memorial services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 28th
at the Gubser Funeral Chapel with Randy Foshee officiating.
Inurnment was in the Ogallala Cemetery. A memorial has been
