Bruce Leon McCormick, age 53 of Ogallala, passed away Monday, June 18, 2007 in Longmont, Colorado.

Bruce was born January 19, 1954 in Grant, Nebraska the son of Everett and Della (Jensen) McCormick. He grew up in Madrid and had been employed in Ogallala since his graduation from the Madrid High School in 1972.

Bruce married Tammy Skinner on March 20, 1982. Four sons, Josh, Jake and Joe and one daughter, Sarah were born to this union. Bruce had been employed by Ogallala Electronics for the past eighteen years. He was a member of the Radiant Life Assembly of God Church in Ogallala.

Jake McCormick of Ogallala

Joseph McCormick of North Carolina

One daughter, Sarah McCormick of Ogallala

His mother, Della McCormick of Dacono, CO

Four brothers, Sonny (Beth) McCormick of Ogallala

Freddie (Becky) McCormick of Enders, NE

Phil McCormick of Boulder, CO

Calvin (Sue) McCormick of North Platte, NE

Sister, Jodeen McCormick of Longmont, CO

Half brothers, Gary Kelso of Arvada, CO

Loren (Betty) Kelso of Denver, CO

Half sisters, Carol (Dan) Seiler of Ogallala

Venita Kimball of Dacono, CO

And many nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his father, Everett McCormick and a half brother,

James Kelso.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 23^rd at the Ogallala Radiant Life Assembly of God Church with Pastor David Gill officiating. Cremation was chosen and there will be no visitation. A memorial has been established in his memory.
